Technical Advisor Construction Machinery (m/f/d)*

Creating passion: your responsibilities

• Provide technical support and service for customers, service and sales department for construction machinery, such as crawler cranes, drill and piling rigs
• Quoting of upgrades, services and non-standards solution
• Liaise with factory for technical enquiries and feedback
• Manage special projects
• Responsible for the monitoring and correct fulfilling of the local service contracts
• Oversee customer service issues; including participation in scheduled customer service meetings
• Daily and project based reporting to the local Head of Customer Service
  
  

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• An excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
• Experience with the CAN Bus will be highly regarded
• Experience working on crawler cranes and deep foundation products
• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good communication skills and cultural awareness
• Strong knowledge of the English language in understanding, writing and speaking. Proficiency in Arabic language is considered an asset
• Knowledge of Liebherr programs and MS Office
• A valid driver's license
