Job description:

الغرض من الوظيفة

الإشراف على تشكيل وتنفيذ الرؤية والأهداف والخطط الاستراتيجية للمركز وقيادة عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتحليل سوق العمل والتعاون مع القادة العليا لدفع نمو المركز ونجاحه على المدى الطويل وإدارة الطلبات الواردة للتأكد من أنها تتماشى مع الأهداف الإستراتيجية للمركز، ويتم تحديد أولوياتها بشكل فعال، ويتم تنفيذها بكفاءة.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات التخصصية:

  • قيادة تطوير استراتيجية الابتكار والتخطيط بما في ذلك أنشطة الابتكار السنوية وتقييم النضج وتخطيط الموارد والميزانية الخاصة بالابتكار.
  • تطوير أنشطة الابتكار وتطوير الأفكار والمفاهيم من خلال التعاون مع فرق المهنيين من الوحدات التنظيمية بالمركز وذلك لمواجهة التحديات والفرص
  • الإشراف على توفير الأدوات والتقنيات اللازمة لاحتضان الأفكار المبتكرة المقترحة وإنشاء أفكار جديدة للحفاظ على تدفق مسار الابتكار.
  • الإشراف على استقبال الأفكار الجديدة والفرص للابتكار وتحليلها وفرزها وتقييمها (تحدي الابتكار، الابتكار المفتوح).
  • الإشراف على العمل مع الفرق المعنية على تطوير أفكار الابتكار (تحدي الابتكار، الابتكار المفتوح).
  • الإشراف على استلام وتقييم وإعداد وتأهيل والاختبار والنتائج للبيئة التجريبية.
  • إدارة وتحليل أداء أولويات أنشطة الابتكار والفرق المعنية المختلفة والشركاء الاستراتيجيين لضمان استمرارية الابتكار.
  • الإشراف على تنظيم ورش العمل من ال Bootcamps وال Hackathons.
  • تعزيز الوعي وثقافة الابتكار بالمركز.

المؤهلات والخبرات للوظيفة

المؤهل التعليمي:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الإدارة المؤسسية، التسويق أو ما يعادلها

الشهادات المهنية/ الإضافية

  • شهادة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، الإدارة المؤسسية، التسويق أو ما يعادلها

الشهادات المهنية مثل

  • PMP
  • SMP

سنوات الخبرة:

  • حد ادنى 4 سنوات خبرة
