    • Assessing an organization's innovation capabilities, identifying areas for improvement, and designing customized innovation programs.
    • Facilitating ideation workshops and design thinking sessions to generate new product, service, and business model concepts.
    • Providing guidance on the innovation process, from idea generation to prototyping, testing, and scaling successful innovations.
    • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to uncover opportunities for innovation.
    • Developing business cases and implementation plans for high-potential innovative initiatives.
    • Training and coaching teams on innovation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Measuring and reporting on the impact of innovation efforts to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.

    • Bachelor , Master’s degree in IT or relevant field.
    • 2 - 6 years of experience in Innovation management, emerging technologies implementations, and management consulting.
    • Strong ability in conducting business & technological research around products.
    • Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to, Strategy & Operations related consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Innovation related roles in a global organization.
    • Strong ability in conducting business & technological research around products.
    • Good knowledge of the know-how of the platform and automation ecosystem.
    • Very good presentation and visualization skills.
    • CInP or CInS or CDTP -(design thinking badge).
