Job Summary

The Infrastructure Technician will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s ICT infrastructure. This role includes installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and replacement of ICT devices and cabling systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The technician will work closely with IT teams and vendors to deliver efficient infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ICT device maintenance, replacements, and testing.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot ICT infrastructure equipment (servers, switches, routers, access points, etc.).
• Perform structured cabling installation, termination, and labeling in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure network reliability and uptime.
• Perform splicing, cable management, and patch panel termination.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, cabling standards, and best practices.
• Maintain documentation of network layouts, cabling diagrams, and infrastructure changes.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Aviation Industry experience is preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Technician, Network Technician, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ICT hardware, structured cabling systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in cabling installation, fiber splicing, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret network diagrams and technical documentation.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills, with attention to detail.
