Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Document Controller to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our document control systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of critical information.

  • Develop and maintain a robust document control system for all forms of documentation
  • Implement and follow company quality assurance program procedures
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely document edits, approvals, and distribution
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all documents throughout their lifecycle
  • Prepare and distribute copies of documents to appropriate personnel
  • Ensure all completed documents are signed off by the relevant authorities
  • Revise distribution systems and schedules as required to meet project deadlines
  • Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to improve document control processes and implement new technologies
  • Maintain the integrity and security of sensitive documents
  • Generate regular reports on document status, distribution, and compliance for management review

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in a multinational corporate environment
  • Proficiency in document management systems and databases
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Experience in conducting system audits and preparing compliance reports
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-standard document control practices and procedures
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
  • Adaptability to new technologies and software related to document management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to improving document control processes
  • Knowledge of Arabic language is beneficial
