Responsibilities:
Administrating and Operating Network Security Devices
Maintain expert knowledge of security technologies, leading the delivery of process and system improvements, driving implementation of continuous improvement plans and ensuring best practices are shared across the team.
Continuous identification, enhancement and improvement of un-utilized features in current security solution to maximum value
Design and architect of security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
Problem-solving skills for quickly uncovering and fixing network and security flaws
Ensure security solutions patched and up to date
Identify gaps and opportunities as part of continuous improvement to ensure high standards of security and performance.
Lead a team of network security engineers
Qualifications:
At least 7+ years of Security experience in the following technologies/fields:
Next Generation Firewall experience (like Cisco FTD, PaloAlto)
Intrusion protection/detection systems
Web Application Firewall
Load Balancer (e.g. F5 LTM)
Cisco ISE
proxy solution and email gateway.
packet capture and analysis methodologies.
Preference would be given to candidates with certifications like CISSP, CCIE-Sec , F5, SANS.
