Infrastructure Manager

Hill International is a leading global construction consulting firm, providing project management, construction management, and other consulting services to clients in the public and private sectors. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

As an Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of all infrastructure aspect of the project. This includes roads, bridges, utilities, and other public works project. Your main goal will be to ensure that all project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure projects in the region
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion
• Oversee the tendering process for new projects and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and local communities
• Mentor and supervise a team of engineers and project managers
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
  
  
  

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is preferred
