Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Infrastructure Inspector (Civil) to join our team! The Infrastructure Inspector (Civil) is responsible for site works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual. In this role you will get to work on one of the unique hospitality projects in the kingdom.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervise the Infrastructure/Civil site activities and ensure that the contractors are following the approved drawings and Project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to design intent.
  • Verify that construction meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, national, and international building codes and standards.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs and observations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend construction meetings and provide updates on inspection findings and project progress.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of designs during construction.
  • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Conduct final inspections and punch-list reviews to ensure project completion meets design and safety standards.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Civil, Construction, or Inspection roles.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building codes.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
