Information Technology Support Engineer

Why this role matters:

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the first line of support for all internal hardware, software, and access-related issues. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping the business running smoothly — supporting end users, managing assets, and ensuring access to critical systems is fast, secure, and dependable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-line support for users across all departments (hardware, software, access)
• Set up and configure laptops (macOS/Windows), mobile devices, and secure workstations using MDM
• Support onboarding/offboarding (account setup, device assignment, tool access)
• Triage and resolve tickets related to email, network, tools, or hardware using a helpdesk system
• Escalate issues appropriately to IT Systems Engineers or Security when required
• Maintain IT asset inventory, license tracking, and peripheral provisioning
• Coordinate basic networking and printer support, as needed
• Offer empathetic, high-quality support — especially under pressure

Expertise Required:

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Slack, Azure AD, and account permissions
• Basic troubleshooting of laptops, VPNs, email systems, browsers, and printers
• Experience using MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune) for device provisioning
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working with ticketing/helpdesk tools and asset management systems
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a plus in customer-facing scenarios
