IMO Manager

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for supporting management of end-to-end processes across all investment transaction types. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

• Support management of end-to-end processes across all investment transaction types
• Provide guidelines on the due process (incl. approval gates, data reporting etc.), appropriate checks-balances and fast-tracking of processes (as applicable)
• Align on key non-investment decisions (e.g., resource allocation for investment opportunities) in periodic/ weekly pipeline review meetings
• Design, improve and continually augment the investment processes across all investment transaction types in alignment with GRC team.
• Refine templates and tools etc., taking into account periodic feedback from across the investment lifecycle and portfolio
• Maintain repository of tools, templates and digital deal management platform for all investment activities at stc in collaboration with Digital Enablement team
• Monitor data integrity and quality; provide guidelines to ensure information capture in a standardized format
• Maintain opportunity compendium (i.e., domains, targets, partner/ company profiles etc.) and a “single source of truth” on all investments related information across stc
