Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure - 20005624 ( COR 201 )

The Qiddiya Investment Company is revolutionizing the landscape of entertainment, sports, and arts in Saudi Arabia. We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our organization as the Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading our IT infrastructure strategy and operations to ensure that our technological resources are robust, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Infrastructure Operations : Lead the operational lifecycle and improve the design of cloud and on-prem infrastructure (Azure, GCP, O365, servers, DBs) ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
• Cloud Strategy & Hybrid Integration : Design and manage hybrid environments integrating on-prem systems with Azure and GCP, supporting seamless cloud adoption and service continuity
• Microsoft 365 Platform Oversight : Manage and secure services including Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, Conditional Access, and M365 Compliance Center
• Server & Database Operations : Oversee Windows/Linux server infrastructure and database environments (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL), ensuring performance, patching, and backups
• Security & Compliance Implementation : Implement security controls and compliance policies in alignment with corporate governance
• Automation & Monitoring : Deploy and manage automation scripts , monitoring , and to ensure proactive operations and incident prevention
• Cost & License Optimization : Analyze and optimize cloud costs, licensing models, and subscriptions for efficiency and budget and contract control
• Project Delivery : Lead infrastructure projects and collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Documentation & Standardization : Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure standards for consistent operations and audit readiness
• Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing : Mentor technical teams, manage escalations, and provide expert guidance on complex infrastructure challenges
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, along with relevant certifications and a solid grasp of NCA Cloud Capability Classification and cloud security frameworks
