As an Immigration Specialist, you will play a critical role in facilitating and streamlining immigration procedures for our employees and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations while providing expert guidance throughout the immigration process.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the full cycle of immigration processes, including work permits, residency applications, visas, and renewals for employees and their families;
• Provide advice and guidance on immigration laws, regulations, and policies to employees and management;
• Assess and evaluate immigration cases to determine eligibility for various visa categories;
• Prepare and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation to relevant authorities;
• Coordinate with government agencies to resolve any immigration-related issues;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and regulations affecting employees and the organization;
• Assist and advise employees and clients on compliance with immigration requirements;
• Monitor changes in immigration policies and procedures, ensuring that the company stays compliant;
• Provide regular updates and reports on immigration matters to senior management;
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to immigration processes and cases

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Immigration Specialist or in a similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures in KSA;
• Experience with work permits, residency applications, and visa processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Arabic;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
