Job description: Role Purpose

To be provided with an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop essential skills in a specific field or industry. Their primary responsibility will be to learn and assist professionals in various tasks and projects, contributing to the overall success of the organization. They will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced employees to support their learning and growth.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
  • Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs and orientation sessions to acquire knowledge about the organization, industry standards, and job-specific skills.
  • Assisting Professionals: Support professionals in their day-to-day tasks and projects by providing research, data analysis, administrative support, and other relevant assistance as required.
  • Shadowing: Observe experienced employees and learn from their expertise by shadowing them in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to understand their functions, contribute to team projects, and gain exposure to various aspects of the business.
  • Documentation: Assist in the documentation of processes, procedures, and project-related information to ensure accurate record-keeping and knowledge sharing.
  • Learning from Feedback: Accept feedback from supervisors and colleagues gracefully, and use it as an opportunity for improvement and growth.
  • Professional Development: Take advantage of training opportunities, workshops, and resources provided by the organization to enhance your skills and knowledge.
