Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring an engaging and informative introduction into the organization, and complying with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements, improving data accuracy and handling document requests efficiently.
