Job Responsibility-
- Assisting with recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinating employee training and development programs
- Handling employee relations matters and ensuring a positive work environment
- Administering HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee records and generating HR reports
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite
