Role Overview:
HR Officer (Entry Level) supports the HR department in daily operations including recruitment, personnel management, payroll, and compliance. The role requires a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with familiarity in using government HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain and update employee records in both internal and government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI).
• Support in drafting and managing employment contracts.
• Track attendance, leaves, and vacations.
• Assist in payroll preparation in coordination with the finance department.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudi Labor Law.
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 0–2 years of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
• Familiarity with HR government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
