Be a part of the 6-month Internship Program in the Human Resource Department in Riyadh.

What are my responsibilities?

• Support onboarding activities such as documentation, orientation, and induction programs.
• Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Assist in compiling HR reports, metrics, and presentations.
• Providing support to the HR team as needed.
• Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.
  
  

What do I need to qualify for the role?

• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
