Main Role Description:
As a Consultant, you will drive local content strategies and execution, working on high-impact projects that shape industries. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and developing proposals to executing projects that create real economic value.
Key Responsibilities: include but are not limited to
- Identify business opportunities and develop project proposals.
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with client teams to assess any needs and implement best practices.
- Build and lead a team by hiring, training, and managing.
- Manage multiple LC projects and ensure timely delivery of consulting engagements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive long-term success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in LC.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive impact.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of integrate complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Proven consulting experience (preferred)
- Procurement or supply chain experience (preferred)
- Local Content Experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Exhibit self-motivation and high service-orientated work ethic
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and project management tools such as Power Bi
Education:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, supply chain management, operations, business, or a related field.
