Human Resources Business Partner

ABOUT THE ROLE

Food People has partnered with a leading Global ingredients manufacturing company in Saudi that is actively recruiting for an HRBP. This person will ensure a smooth flow of operations and enhance employee engagement in the manufacturing plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the factory and functional teams in ensuring smooth and effective operations and creating an environment of progression
• Leadership Coaching & team building across all the functions in Jeddah
• Saudiazation, recruitment, development & management
• Oversees all training, employee services, Payroll, and systems services as well as security
• Ensures all HR activities are aligned with company policies and procedures
• Leads a team of 2 direct and 20 indirect
• Be close to the business and the people to provide oversight and anticipation of employee relations issues
• Partner with key internal stakeholders in managing the performance management activities
• Collaborate across the business with People leaders, Regional and local HR, People Services, the Centre of Excellence, and Business Services teams to deliver people activities

KEY INGREDIENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant equivalent qualification
• Must have worked in a manufacturing facility, FMCG preferable
• Minimum of 8 years in the HR function with over 4 years of management and HRBP experience
• Excellent fluency in English & Arabic language is a must
• Strong leadership skills
