JOB DESCRIPTION
The HSE Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and implementation of all HSE programs and initiatives at the Field Operational level for the LSTK Integrated Project ( Rig Not Rigless ). This role covers Project Management, drilling contractors, Weatherford product lines, and all third-party service providers, logistics providers, catering companies, and stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The HSE Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and implementation of all HSE programs and initiatives at the Field Operational level for the LSTK Integrated Project ( Rig Not Rigless ). This role covers Project Management, drilling contractors, Weatherford product lines, and all third-party service providers, logistics providers, catering companies, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plans are effectively executed. i.e. QSI, RHSEI, HSEGA and LPCR etc.
- Perform Daily Hazard Hunts and daily checks to verify compliance to Weatherford’s ISP OEPS and Saudi Aramco requirements.
- Implement Weatherford and Aramco HSE standards.
- Ensure training compliance per Aramco’s matrix.
- Report KPIs and maintain documentation.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Lead safety meetings, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
- Promote Weatherford LSR and SWC.
- Ensure rig site safety, permit management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of Aramco HSE requirements and KSA regulations.
- Experience in incident management, audits, and matrix organizations.
- Ability to work independently or across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of field experience in oil & gas, preferably drilling.
- NEBOSH certifications preferred.
- Onshore Rig Experience.
