About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Service Analyst to support HR service delivery, governance, and process optimization across our KSA operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR shared services, process analytics, and SLA-driven service management, ensuring that HR operations are executed with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

You will serve as the operational backbone for HR delivery analyzing service metrics, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving process standardization through digital HR tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track HR service delivery performance against established SLAs and KPIs across functional areas (onboarding, payroll, HRIS, employee lifecycle).
  • Perform root-cause analysis of operational issues and recommend data-backed process improvements.
  • Maintain and optimize HR dashboards and reporting tools for SLA, attrition, and productivity metrics.
  • Partner with HR Delivery Leads to ensure governance, audit readiness, and continuous process alignment.
  • Support system administration and data validation in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
  • Handle HR transactions and case management, ensuring timely resolution within SLA parameters.
  • Assist in the implementation of new workflows or process automations in collaboration with IT and HR Tech teams.
  • Prepare monthly governance decks, highlighting SLA performance, compliance issues, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law and organizational HR policies in all transactions.


Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 58 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, or Service Delivery.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, SLAs, and shared-service frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools (Power BI / Excel / HR dashboards).
  • Knowledge of HR ticketing or case management tools (ServiceNow / Zendesk / Jira) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.


Preferred Competencies

  • Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in HR audit preparation, compliance checks, or KPI governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.
