We're currently looking for an HR Operations to handle end-to-end operations from the visa processing, to onboarding, off boarding and employee relations.
What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of HR systems and ensure compliance with local and global policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver effective HR services with a focus on employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, leave, payroll, and employee benefits processes in coordination with various teams.
- Support digital transformation and continuous improvement of HR operations through innovative technology tools and solutions.
- Address compliance and legal issues and update company policies and procedures as needed.
- Providing support and advice to leaders and employees on all human resources matters, while ensuring confidentiality of information and maintaining a positive and fair work environment for all.
- Measure and analyze HR KPIs and data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and deliver training materials and programs to enhance skills and build effective and diverse teams.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience managing HR operations or in a similar role within a fast-growing company or startup environment.
- Proficiency in working with HR systems and technology solutions (HRIS, ATS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating excellence in building smarter and more efficient processes.
- Proficiency in developing policies and procedures, with knowledge of local and international business systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work with diverse teams and maintain an inclusive and non-partisan environment.
- Good command of both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field (specialized HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM preferred).
