Job Overview
BAAN Holding | بان القابضة is seeking a highly organised and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The HR Operations Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes managing HR systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and providing support to employees and managers.

BAAN Holding | بان القابضة is seeking a highly organised and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The HR Operations Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes managing HR systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and providing support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, working closely with hiring managers.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Administer employee benefits programmes.
- Develop and deliver HR training programmes.
- Manage HR data and analytics, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Manage and mentor the HR Operations team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR Operations Management role, ideally within a multinational organisation.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labour law.
- Excellent knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic preferred.
