Could you be the full-time onsite HR Intern in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your Human Resources expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside supportive and dynamic teammates.
You'll contribute to shaping the future of talent acquisition and enhancing HR processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Digitalization Teams), assist with employee file digitalization, support administrative tasks, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting the HRBP with day-to-day administrative tasks ,
Assisting in coordinating recruitment processes and candidate management ,
Helping maintain and update employee records in a digital format ,
Contributing to the organization and execution of onboarding processes ,
Supporting the preparation of HR reports and data analysis ,
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures in daily tasks ,
Collaborating with the HR team to improve processes and workflows ,
Providing support for employee inquiries and requests ,
Participating in HR projects and initiatives as needed ,
Assisting in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture"

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing one). ,
Experience or understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices. ,
Knowledge of HR administrative tasks and employee file management. ,
Familiarity with digital tools and systems for file organization and data entry. ,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ,
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ,
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
