Job Description
The Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues across command and control (C2) , monitoring and vision , and communication systems . The role requires a certified technician with a solid background in telecommunications and practical experience supporting complex electronic and communication systems. The technician will assist engineers in maintenance, installation, and fault resolution tasks to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

The technician will assist engineers in maintenance, installation, and fault resolution tasks to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems in command and control, monitoring and vision, and communication systems.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities under the supervision of engineering staff.
- Support system installation, configuration, inspection and testing activities.
- Prepare basic reports and documentation on system performance, faults, and maintenance actions.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and customers to provide technical updates and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines during maintenance and repair work.
- Provide support to engineers in collecting equipment data, maintenance records, and technical evidence.
- Provide assistance in inventory management & spare parts verification for engineering and maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong technical reporting and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of electronic and telecommunication systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow technical guidance.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Relevant technical certification in telecommunications or electronics (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in command and control, monitoring and vision, and communication systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
