Job Summary:
As an OD Assistant, you'll support organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in assessments, program design, team-building activities, and change management efforts. This role offers valuable experience across OD, performance management, and employee engagement fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communications.
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of employee events, and meetings.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal communications materials such as: newsletters, announcements, and employee’s calendar.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems and processes.
- Support in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of performance improvement plans as needed.
- Support in conducting research on best practices in performance management and making recommendations for enhancements.
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives.
- Support in conducting organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Any other related tasks
Qualifications:
bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Proficiency in English language (written and verbal).
Prior internship or work experience in HR or communications is a plus.
