Responsibilities

• Direct the entire lifecycle of hotel projects from conception through to completion, ensuring each project adheres to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to align project goals with broader organizational objectives
• Establish and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and key milestones
• Implement best practices for project management and quality assurance to enhance overall project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of project development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience, specifically within the hotel or hospitality sector
• Strong understanding of hotel development processes, operational requirements, and industry standards
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and teams
