About The Client

Largest creative advertising festival in Saudi Arabia, focused on celebrating and advancing the creative and advertising industry in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As Host you will have to facilitate the access and experience of those who are planning to attend this festival. Under the responsibility of the operation manager you will be dispatched into different duties through the Festival.

Roles required:

• Backpacking : Your responsibility will be to handle the gift and bag provided to the Festival attendant.
• Young talent (runner) : Assisting the operations managers on the different duties during the festival.
• Stagehand : Assisting sound and lighting engineers by setting up microphones, speakers, cables, and lighting fixtures.
• Registration (ticketing software will be provided by the event company) : When attendees arrive, the registration team is responsible for scanning or checking their tickets, whether they are physical or digital. This can involve QR code scanners, wristbands, or printed tickets.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• You will be an ambassador for BLR WORLD during this festival and are expected to always be presentable throughout.
• Arriving on time is essential and showing a willingness to support throughout.
• Completing required tasks effectively and behaving in an appropriate manner that aligns with our values.
• Being a team player and adopting a positive can do attitude throughout the Festival.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis. Positive attitude and willingness to support where required,
  
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Good English language skills and other languages will be beneficial.
• Good interpersonal and organisation skills.
• Ability to multitask, be innovative and flexible.
• Good attention to detail including the ability to report on / record progress of tasks as required.
