Key Responsibilities – Influencer Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Program Ownership: Develop and execute Niceone’s influencer marketing strategy to grow our reach, strengthen our brand, and deliver impactful campaigns across key social media and digital platforms.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture diverse, positive relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies to foster authentic partnerships aligned with our brand values and business goals.
- Campaign Planning: Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from conceptualization and briefing to execution and performance review, ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to measure influencer campaign ROI, monitor trends, and optimize strategies to maximize impact and budget efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, content, e-commerce, and product teams to align influencer activities with broader marketing initiatives and company objectives.
- Innovation & Trend-spotting: Stay on top of digital media, social trends, and emerging platforms to identify new influencer marketing opportunities and test creative approaches.
- Compliance & Brand Safety: Ensure all influencer partnerships and campaigns adhere to legal, regulatory, and brand safety guidelines.
- Budget Management: Own and manage the influencer marketing budget, negotiating contracts and maximizing resources for campaign effectiveness.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships, with a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team while fostering collaboration and mutual respect.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret campaign data, track performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strategic Thinking: Vision to develop long-term influencer marketing strategies and the agility to pivot with digital trends and business needs.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus); able to represent the brand professionally in external and internal engagements.
