Job Description: Basic purpose of the role: The Head of HR will be part of the management of the Airbus Saudi Limited entity and act as such as the HR focal point. The role is based in Riyadh and you will work in a diversified environment, multicultural and enriching. In this role, you will be connected and working closely with our center of excellence teams in the region in order to deliver the best solutions to our employees and business leaders with efficiency and high quality standards. Beyond your responsibility as the HRBP for the management team, you will be responsible for a diversified HR team which is responsible for delivering high standards of HR experience according to several HR campaigns (People Tempo). Main responsibilities:
- Act as the HR Business Partner for the Airbus D&S KSA management team and advising the business on all people related matters
- Lead a qualified and diversified HR team and support the One-Roof approach of Airbus
- Implement and run with your team all HR campaigns according to People Tempo
- Develop and maintain a positive HR experience for our employees and managers
- Assist the business with all their HR needs including recruitments, development campaigns, performance management, salary and team reviews, talent pool development, succession planning etc.
- Coach and guide employees through assessment center processes and career plans
- Develop the next generation of HR young professionals
- Contribute to the top company objectives
- Cascade and apply the HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards the organization
- Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in human resources, especially in a leading position
- Pro-active, professional and team player with the ability to set priorities and have a critical mind with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a complex and multicultural and multinational environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and develop trustful relationships
- Arabic and English proficiency is a must, French and German are a plus
