Distribution Specialist (Analyst I)

The Distribution specialist for Radiometer is responsible for the order flow from end-to-end is distributed in compliance with global and local regulations through efficiency processes and collaboration.

This position is based in Riyadh and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Beckman Coulter Saudi Arabia Co., logistic shared service with specific focus on the Radiometer business and report to the RSAU Operational Manager responsible for End-to-End fulfillment, customer satisfaction and Operational excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure on-time delivery inbound flow by securing necessary documents related to customs and customer appointed clearing agent.
• Monitor and coordinate all inbound shipments to warehouse. Review exceptions and deviations and manage accordingly.
• Release orders to warehouse in coordination with Customer Service to secure customer satisfaction.
• Plan, prepare and communicate customer shipment to warehouse.
• Actively work with customer service and warehouse to reduce cost by consolidating shipments.
• Monitor outbound shipments and handle exceptions.
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree from and University. Degree in subject area of Logistics, Supply Chain or Business management or related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English and be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, and present technical information clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings and audience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain in a wide spectrum of Freight forwarding, Local and National warehousing, Distribution, Customs compliance, Customer service, 3PL management
• Strong customs acumen – the ability to utilize fundamental concepts of customs to manage imports and provide relevant information for decision-making.
• Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within Logistics and knowledge of other key business units, including Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory
• Oracle or similar ERP technical competency within fulfillment and Inventory management and planning.
