We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group-based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy. Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based, where we have a sweet office near the Boulevard.

What you will do
As a Head of Delivery you will be managing delivery teams, driving operational excellence, and building strong stakeholder relationships. We're looking for a Head of Delivery to join our dynamic team and lead the successful execution of our projects.

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects including planning, execution and collection.
• NGOs Relationship Management: Acting as the main point of contact, and working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive solutions.
• Team Management & Development: Guide and mentor Noon team members, to effectively deliver the project.
• Problem Solving & Strategic Planning: Analyze business challenges, and develop actionable strategies and solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in delivery management / consulting / operation management
• Proven track record of managing and engaging with key stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills in managing high-performing teams
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Ability to implement and optimize processes for consistent success
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
