We are currently seeking an Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Ericsson. About this opportunity:
We are currently seeking an Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Ericsson. As the ADM Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in managing customer relationships and ensuring a satisfactory delivery of services as outlined in the ADM contracts and agreements. Your endeavors will directly impact the financial and commercial performance of our customer services, and your contributions will be instrumental in the ongoing success of our business operations. A key aspect of this role involves identifying new opportunities, maintaining cost efficiency, and ensuring resource allocation adheres to Group and local safety requirements.
What you will do:
- Manage and ensure the delivery of ADM contractual requirements.
- Develop the scope of work, design schedules, estimate costs, and provide performance reports.
- Supervise support or operational team activities and direct the allocation of work.
- Lead small projects and coordinate technical and operational resources.
- Manage ADM project teams while defining resource strategies and enhancing competency within teams.
- Monitor performance, manage conflicts, and implement changes to optimize overall performance.
- Agile methodology with Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- Diversity Management and Business Continuity Management.
- Agile Planning and Career and Competence model framework.
- Occupational Safety And Health
- Conflict Management and career Development.
- ADM Domain Competence.
- Finance and Reporting and accounting
- EBP (Ericsson Business Process and Finance Processes).
- Resource management, utilization planning & control and management of on-site and offshore resources
- Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
- Min years of experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of Service Delivery model, strategy & process
- Proven record of direct highly skilled team management
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Customer and market insight
- Excellent Social and communication skills
- Financial acumen and skills
- Formulating strategies and concepts
- Adhering to principles and values
- Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
- Product, solution and technology knowledge in BSS is a plus mainly in core commerce, orchestration and order management.
