Head of Asset Management Operations

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 year experience within the back and/or middle office of an asset management operations function. The focus for the business is on alternative assets (e.g real estate and private equity) and the head of operations will be working on establishing funds, appointing and dealing with custodians, administrators, banks, auditors etc. He/She must understand the process flow with respect to NAVs, fund accounting, roles and interaction with various service providers, client reporting, regulatory reporting, account opening, record keeping etc.

The candidate will need to be a 'problem solver', taking initiative and being 'hands on' with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

A familiarity with the Saudi Arabian fund regulations is highly desirable, however this can be learnt, if the candidate has a strong background in fund operations/middle office.

The person will be based at the company's offices in the financial district in Riyadh and will be dealing with an english speaking ecosystem.
