Position Summary
The Head of Asset Management will lead the management of tokenized and fractional real estate portfolios, ensuring performance, transparency, and compliance with CMA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute asset management strategies for fintech-based real estate portfolios.
- Monitor property performance, valuations, and investor distributions.
- Ensure timely investor reporting and portfolio transparency.
- Manage third-party service providers and valuation partners.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management and reinvestment strategies.
- Collaborate with technology teams for data-driven asset tracking.
- Prepare asset management documentation for CMA approval.
- Acts as Controlled Function – Head of Asset Management per CMA APR.
- Ensures compliance with CMA rules on disclosure, valuation, and client fund segregation.
- Maintains readiness for CMA audits and license activation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Real Estate, or Business.
- 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, REITs, or fintech investment platforms.
- Strong understanding of CMA asset management rules.
- Preferred fintech experience in digital real estate or investment tokenization.
- Required Certifications: CME-4A and CME-4B (exemptions apply for CFA Charterholders or Certified Investment Manager qualification).
- If not available, the company will sponsor the required CME certifications (as mandated by the CMA) before licensing.
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
