Position Summary

The Head of Asset Management will lead the management of tokenized and fractional real estate portfolios, ensuring performance, transparency, and compliance with CMA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset management strategies for fintech-based real estate portfolios.
• Monitor property performance, valuations, and investor distributions.
• Ensure timely investor reporting and portfolio transparency.
• Manage third-party service providers and valuation partners.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management and reinvestment strategies.
• Collaborate with technology teams for data-driven asset tracking.
• Prepare asset management documentation for CMA approval.
  
  

Regulatory & CMA Compliance

• Acts as Controlled Function – Head of Asset Management per CMA APR.
• Ensures compliance with CMA rules on disclosure, valuation, and client fund segregation.
• Maintains readiness for CMA audits and license activation.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Real Estate, or Business.
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, REITs, or fintech investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of CMA asset management rules.
• Preferred fintech experience in digital real estate or investment tokenization.
• Required Certifications: CME-4A and CME-4B (exemptions apply for CFA Charterholders or Certified Investment Manager qualification).
• If not available, the company will sponsor the required CME certifications (as mandated by the CMA) before licensing.
