Job Summary: The Hard Services MEP Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations within a facility. This role includes leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team of technicians, overseeing maintenance schedules, and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of all MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the MEP team.
• Plan and manage the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot complex MEP issues and provide technical solutions.
• Manage resources, including equipment and materials, to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in MEP systems maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
