Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for a GRC Sr. Manager position that reports to the GRC VP and who will be working in Jubail having the following key responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise risk management processes, including the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of key risks.
- Manage corporate compliance activities to ensure conformance with internal policies and external legal or regulatory standards.
- Support executive leadership and board-level functions with insights and guidance on governance best practices and risk posture.
- Supervise and develop a team of professionals across the areas of risk, compliance, and internal control.
- Coordinate closely with internal audit, legal, and assurance stakeholders to drive a cohesive GRC approach.
- Oversee GRC-related training initiatives to promote awareness, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.
- Lead or support investigations of critical risk or compliance incidents, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:
- holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related specialization
- having relevant GRC-related professional certifications
- having strong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and governance structures
- preference will be given for Saudi applicants
- willing to relocate to Jubail city
- having 9+ years of relevant experience in GRC, preferably in relevant industries
