What You'll Do
- creative design for advertising campaigns, events, and media productions
- Develop and present creative concepts and visual strategies to clients
- Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution
- Collaborate with account managers and project managers to ensure creative alignment with client objectives
- Review and approve all creative materials to ensure brand consistency and quality standards
- Stay current with design trends, industry innovations, and competitive landscape
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all creative work meets project timelines and budget requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years of art direction experience at international agencies or big local companies
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Media, or related field
- Portfolio: Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative vision across various media and platforms
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Language: Advanced English language skills
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions
- Communication: Excellent presentation and client communication skills
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of advertising, branding, and event marketing
