Barrick Africa & Middle East Exploration Team is seeking to recruit a Graduate Geologist to join and grow our team within our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within our successful joint venture partnership with Ma’aden .

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate must be able to work within an active and enthusiastic Exploration Department across Barrick’s KSA assets.

• Reporting to the Senior Geologist, the graduate geologist supports the exploration team in identifying and evaluating mineral resource opportunities. This entry-level position is designed to provide recent geology graduates with hands-on field experience, technical development, and exposure to early- to advanced-stage exploration activities.

• You must be ready and willing to take a “hands on, boots on the ground” approach.

• Contribute to mapping, rock chip sampling, soil sampling, and core logging under supervision.

• Participate in geological interpretations and contribute to targeting discussions.

• Assist with field logistics, including planning, mobilization, and safety procedures.

• Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
  

Qualification Requirements:

• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Citizen

• Minimum BSc degree in Geology

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Prior work experience or internship in the exploration industry is preferred
