Job Purpose
Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to ensure the organization operates effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to ensure the organization operates effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Governance: Develop and update internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to support organizational governance.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and monitor risks across business functions; propose mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards; conduct regular compliance reviews and audits.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver periodic reports on governance, risk, and compliance matters to senior management and relevant committees.
- Training & Awareness: Provide awareness sessions and training programs to enhance compliance and risk management culture across the organization.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, audit teams, and external regulators to address compliance and risk issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CRMA, GRCP, ISO standards) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
