What impact you will have

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager to manage a datacenter design and build projects in Saudi Arabia. You’ll manage the end-to-end construction lifecycle for innovative, sustainable, and highly efficient datacenter environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and on-site management of a specific datacenter construction projects within Saudi Arabia, from concept through commissioning and client handover.

• Supervise contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure high-performance delivery aligned with scope, time, cost, and quality targets.

• Integrate Submer’s immersion cooling technology into all aspects of facility planning, layout, and infrastructure.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and innovation adoption.

• Manage budgets, procurement timelines, logistics, and installation of cooling and IT infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental certifications.

What you’ll need

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• 10+ years' experience managing complex construction projects, preferably datacenters, critical facilities, or industrial tech builds.

• Proven ability to manage MEP-heavy environments and advanced building systems.

• Knowledge of immersion cooling, liquid cooling, or high-density compute environments is a strong plus.

• Strong project management skills with tools like Primavera, MS Project, or similar.

• Fully Bilingual in English and Arabic with experience working in the Middle East.

• Ability to work across teams, time zones, and cultural boundaries.
