Purpose of Job
Jobholders at this level are regarded as sources of expertise, responsible for developing frameworks, policies, and operational plans. They analyze complex problems, understand business needs, integrate multiple concepts, and translate them into actionable measures, while providing support to enhance management performance. Their complex operational activities include developing governance and compliance policy frameworks and tools, preparing guidelines and standards for governance and compliance management, creating governance and compliance monitoring plans, tracking employee performance and regulatory compliance, conducting assessments and analyses to reduce non-compliance risks, and delivering training on governance and compliance management.
Job Responsibilities
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent is required
Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Develop compliance frameworks and policies to standardize verification processes.
- Conduct regular compliance checks for zakat, tax, and customs committees to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Review committee decisions and document changes to identify gaps and risks.
- Assess committee performance and analyze causes of performance variations.
- Prepare regular compliance reports with findings and corrective recommendations.
- Monitor member independence and resolve conflicts of interest to maintain committee impartiality.
- Receive and investigate compliance complaints according to procedures; report on professional conduct.
- Support committees in addressing feedback and implementing recommendations.
- Develop governance frameworks and apply principles of fairness, transparency, accountability, and anti-corruption.
- Evaluate governance across departments and provide related support to committees.
