الهدف من الوظيفة:

إدارة وتطوير نماذج معلومات البناء (BIM)، وضمان تحديث المخططات وتنفيذ المشاريع طبقًا لأحدث الإصدارات، مع دقة عالية في حصر الكميات وتقديم الدعم الفني لفرق التنفيذ.


المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إعداد وتطوير نماذج BIM باستخدام البرامج الهندسية المتخصصة (مثل Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks).

تعديل وتحديث المخططات الهندسية بناءً على التغييرات أو الملاحظات المعتمدة.

التأكد من أن جميع فرق العمل بالمشروع تستخدم أحدث نسخة من المخططات المعتمدة.

إجراء عمليات حصر كميات دقيقة (BOQ) للتخصصات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والإلكتروميكانيكية.

تنسيق العمل مع الأقسام الأخرى (معماري، إنشائي، تشطيبات) لضمان تكامل التصاميم.

اكتشاف التعارضات (Clash Detection) ومعالجتها قبل بدء التنفيذ.

إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة النماذج والتحديثات المطلوبة.

تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق الموقع لضمان جودة التنفيذ مطابقة للمخططات.


المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة.

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال BIM ضمن مشاريع المقاولات أو التطوير العقاري او مكاتب هندسية .

إجادة احترافية لبرامج BIM (مثل: Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP).

مهارات عالية في حصر الكميات وإعداد الجداول.

إلمام بالمعايير الهندسية والمواصفات السعودية.

القدرة على العمل الجماعي والتنسيق بين التخصصات.
