Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflows.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Control costs and manage budgets effectively.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
