We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute General Manager to lead the InterContinental Al Khobar, one of IHG’s most strategically significant properties in the GCC.

InterContinental Al Khobar is a distinguished member of IHG’s luxury collection, featuring 165 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, three signature dining establishments, and a reputation for delivering exceptional service to diplomats, executives, and global travellers.

Your Role at a Glance:

• Lead with Luxury: Uphold and enhance luxury standards, ensuring consistency in service, experience, and brand representation.
• Drive Performance: Enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Shape Strategic Direction: Utilise your comprehensive understanding of the GCC and Saudi market to position the property for long-term success.
• Foster Key Partnerships: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with owners and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Inspire Through Leadership: Lead high-performing teams with vision, clarity, and a strong commitment to excellence.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

This role is ideally suited for an established luxury hotel leader with a proven track record as a Luxury General Manager.

• Extensive Luxury Hospitality Experience: Preferably with IHG or another global luxury hotel group.
• Strong Commercial Acumen: In-depth understanding of financial performance, market positioning, and revenue strategy.
• GCC Market Knowledge: Particularly in Saudi Arabia, with the cultural fluency to lead effectively in the region.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Experience working closely with ownership groups and corporate teams.
• Well-Travelled & Globally Aware: A sophisticated, worldly perspective that aligns with international luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English Required: Arabic is a Strong Advantage.
