General Manager - Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced General Manager, Digital Transformation to lead and oversee the digital transformation initiatives within the Real Estate sector. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the digital strategy, driving innovative technology solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects across the organization. Your role will include managing digital platforms, enhancing customer experience through omnichannel solutions, automating processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making for the Properties (Real Estate) Business Unit.

To excel in this role, the candidate must have 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a strong focus on the Real Estate industry or similar sectors. You should demonstrate expertise in project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of delivering impactful digital solutions. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic as a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the Real Estate Business Unit's objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to deliver digital initiatives such as smart property management systems, ERP, CRM, tenant engagement platforms, and virtual property tours.
• Lead the implementation of advanced technologies, such as AI and IoT, to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide regular status updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify new digital opportunities and drive their integration into the organization's operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and industry regulations.
