Responsibilities:
1- Adhere to official working hours, from Sunday to Thursday (9 am - 5 pm).
2- Manage all official correspondence through the FIAN email, responding promptly to emails and providing updates as necessary, while ensuring all internal and external communications are documented and followed up.
3- Handle all official calls and messages through the company’s contact numbers, ensuring timely responses to calls and messages during working hours.
4- Coordinate with various teams, including Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, HR, and Management, to support smooth internal operations.
5- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for different teams like accounting, logistics, and marketing.
6- Adhere to HR policies and procedures, ensuring regular weekly and monthly attendance reporting.
7- Utilize digital tools like Zoom and Teams to efficiently manage virtual meetings.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and organize tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with digital management tools (Zoom, Teams, SMACC) and basic document management.
Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure while providing essential support to teams.
