In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
