- On-the-job practical training.
- Rotations across different departments.
- Professional mentoring and guidance.
- Direct engagement with directors.
- Bachelor's degree student in their final academic year.
- Minimum 2.5/4.0 or 3.5/5.0.
- Proficiency in Arabic & English.
- Valid and approved COOP training request from an accredited educational institution.
