We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and interpret market data to help the company make informed business decisions. You will work closely with marketing, product, and business development teams to provide actionable insights that support growth, strategy, and competitive advantage.

- Conduct primary and secondary research to collect data on market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and industry developments.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights that guide marketing, sales, and business strategies.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence databases, reports, and dashboards.
- Prepare presentations and detailed reports summarizing research findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for management.
- Monitor and track competitor activities, product launches, pricing strategies, and industry innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, new products, or improved customer engagement based on research insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in market research methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong curiosity for understanding markets and customer behavior.
- Accuracy and relevance of market research reports and insights.
- Number of actionable recommendations provided to support business decisions.
- Contribution to successful marketing campaigns, product launches, or business strategies.
- Timeliness and efficiency of research and reporting processes.
